All of our products are brand new, high quality, and complete with a guarantee against any material or workmanship defects. If you encounter any shortages, damages, defects, or price discrepancies or receive incorrect merchandise, please report it to us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. We will not accept any claims after this time period.

 

Terms

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Cashier's Checks, Bank Drafts, and Money Orders for specific orders with an established business. All Checks and Bank Drafts will be held for 10 Business Days before we ship the Order. We suggest choosing a Credit Card or Electronic Check as your payment method if you need a fast delivery. Your account will be charged, or your check will be deposited upon receiving the order.

 

Other Terms and Conditions

 

THE LOGO LIFE, LLC. DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY FOR THE MERCHANDISE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SUCH AS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, DESCRIPTION, OR QUALITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE LOGO LIFE BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR THE LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS RESULTING FROM ANY ORDER PLACED WITH THELOGOLIFE.COM.

 

We are legally required to collect sales tax on sales of goods unless we have a properly completed and signed Sales Tax Exemption certificate. If we are notified by the New Jersey taxing authority that the exemption certificate is not valid for any reason, we reserve the right to collect sales tax and additionally seek immediate reimbursement from you, which you agree to pay promptly, for any sales tax we are required to remit on your behalf.

 

Returned Check fee for Insufficient Funds (NFS) : $35.00.

 

Improper Chargeback fee: $35.00. Explanation: Customers issuing chargeback(s) with your Credit Card's issuing Bank without proper cause will be billed any fees incurred by The Logo Life in disputing the chargeback and a $35.00 Chargeback fee. This is necessary to recover the charges we were billed by Visa/MasterCard when the no-cause chargeback was issued. With this type of fraud/negligence on the rise and little recourse given to the Merchant by the credit card issuers, we must protect ourselves from this new type of crime/negligence.

 

We periodically monitor and record sales calls for quality assurance and training purposes.

 

The Logo Life reserves the right to change any policies and procedures on this page without prior notice. All rights of the parties in connecting with the purchase of goods from The Logo Life shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Jersey. The Logo Life reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

 

Returns

 

The customer is responsible for counting and inspecting all merchandise before using or washing it to ensure it is the correct merchandise, in the correct quantity, and in good condition, as ordered. Without exception, The Logo Life will not assume responsibility after garments have been used or washed.  Furthermore, The Logo Life will not assume responsibility for any garments embroidered, imprinted, or embellished in any fashion by another party.

 

  • Returns require a Return Authorization number (RA #). Our warehouse will accept no returns without a valid RA#.
  • Closeout or Discontinued merchandise may not be returned.
  • Returns are accepted if returned with a valid RA# to the warehouse of origin within 30 Days of the ship date.
  • Returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer must be approved in advance and may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns of this nature must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.  We will not accept any returns for these garments that have been embroidered, imprinted, or embellished in any manner.
  • Close-outs and discontinued merchandise are final sales.
  • Claimed or refused shipments will not be eligible for any refund and will be charged additional freight charges. Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  If these items have already been embroidered, imprinted, or embellished in any manner, the customer will be charged in full.
  • Any discount received as part of a quantity purchase will be forfeited if returned items bring the order quantity below the quantity for the discount.
  • Please allow 5-20 Business Days from receipt of returned merchandise for credit to be issued.

 

Availability

  • We are open to the public.
  • Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinue without notice.
  • While we have attempted to show color charts on our website with accurate colors, you recognize that the actual color of any merchandise may differ from that shown on our website.

 

Website Fabric Colors

 

Every effort is made to ensure that the pictured fabric colors on our website are as close as possible to the actual fabric color. This cannot be guaranteed; an actual color sample should be purchased when the exact color match is required. Since most monitors are never calibrated, the colors you see on your monitor may differ from what others see on their monitor and the actual color of the apparel in the picture.

 

Garment-dyed Apparel

 

Shade variations are inherent in the garment dyeing process. Garment-dyed goods should be washed separately before wearing. Do not dry clean.

 

Fabric Weights and Content

 

Among neutrals, lights, darks, and premiums, published fabric weights are average. Ash/Heather colored products are not 100% cotton and must carry a small percentage of polyester to achieve the color.

 

Shipping

 

Shipping Liability: This merchandise becomes your property when the carrier accepts it.

 

The carrier will be UPS Ground.

  • UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Delivery address must be a physical street address.
  • Once we have received your order form, we will begin production on a swatch sample for your review.  Once the customer approves this swatch sample, we will begin production of the customer’s garments on the following business day.  Once production begins, any cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and once embroidered, imprinted, or embellished in any manner, will not be refunded.
  • We ship only to locations within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are excluded from any special shipping offers and will incur additional charges.
  • The Logo Life cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave our warehouse. Delivery of any shipment by us to a carrier relieves us of all further responsibility for damage or shortage.
  • If you have a concealed shortage or damage, you must notify the carrier to inspect within seven days of receipt of shipment.
  • Any claim for damage or shortage must be filed in writing with the carrier. Claims must be filed within the carrier's specified time frame of receipt of shipment.
  • At your request, if you send the carrier's written report of their inspection, we will help you file your claim.

 

Signature Requirments

  • Commercial Address: Signature required for all packages.
  • Residential Address: We ship with "No Signature Required" by default. However, some UPS drivers take it upon themselves to decide whether or not to leave a package without obtaining a signature. This is beyond our control.  The Logo Life cannot be held responsible for lost shipments in which the carrier does not require a signature for delivery (either by choice, designation, or waiver of signature on file for the ship to address) and leaves package(s) unattended at the ship to address.  The Logo Life will assist in filing a claim.

 

Important Notice

  • Customer assumes all risk when requesting 'No signature required' or deliveries to unsecured special locations, e.g., 'Leave at the back door,' 'Leave at manager's desk,' etc.
  • We can only provide this special location if the room allows it in the address field.  The Logo Life cannot guarantee that your special location will be included with your delivery address.
  • Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends, and we do not offer Sunday or holiday delivery.
  • Saturday delivery is available for an extra charge. Delivery on Saturday is only available for Overnight shipments. Ask your Sales Agent for a price quote.
  • Tracking information is provided when available, usually within 24-48 hours or upon request.

 

Spam Policy

 

Unsolicited Commercial Email is a FEDERAL CRIME.* The presence of our email addresses on our site does not invite unsolicited commercial Emails (UCE or “SPAM”). Copies of all UCE that we receive are forwarded to our Federal and State lawmakers and to the Federal Trade Commission for possible criminal prosecution.

 

Pursuant to US Code, Title 47, Chapter 5, Subchapter II, 227 [47 USC 227], any and all unsolicited commercial E-mail sent to any address at thelogolife.com or to any of our clients is subject to a download and archival fee in the amount of Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($500.00US). E-mailing denotes acceptance of these terms.

 

This system is private property; unauthorized use is prohibited by law. Operation of a spider or any other software, hardware, or scripts to collect or harvest email addresses or our visitor's personal information is strictly forbidden. Violators may be subject to a fine of up to five hundred dollars U.S. ($500.00US) for each file request made for these purposes.

 

If you feel that it is unfair that your free use of the Internet should be restricted because of the unethical and illegal acts of a small minority of Internet citizens, please (a) contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them to take a firm anti-SPAM stance if they have not already done so; (b) contact your state and Federal lawmakers and them to pass and aggressively enforce anti-SPAM legislation.
