We have designed a website specifically tailored to enhance your shopping experience with a touch of happiness. Our promise is to deliver a smooth, user-friendly website that you and your loved ones will enjoy using. You don't have to take our word for it, though. Take a sneak peek below and see for yourself.

FIRST STEPS

Select your location
Each of our esteemed partners has a unique location name. If you pop in this name, their journey will kick off immediately, right on your shopping site. And what if you can't find your location, contact us and we will help. It may be that your location does not have a store yet!

SECOND STEP

Browse
The tailor-made website enables you to filter by “Category” or “Brands.” This way, you can view each category's products and colors.

THIRD STEP

Shop
Highlight an item, and its specific product page will pop up. Here, you’ll find product details and vibrant images. Then, you merely choose your size, color, and how many you want. The admin sets out logo details. You get to select the logo color that fits your own style. Just hit ‘Add to Cart,’ and your item(s) will enter your magical shopping cart. A prompt will then ask if you wish to go shopping or checkout.

FINAL STEP

Checkout
The SHOPPING CART can be found in the top right corner of the website at any given time. Click on it when you're ready. Then, ‘Go to Checkout’ puts you on the path to completing your shopping journey. Fill in your shipping information, billing details, and payment method, and select your choice of shipping.

Do you have issues or are you not happy with your product?

We're all about top-quality products and customer satisfaction at THE LOGO LIFE. So, if, for any reason, there's a defect with the product you've purchased or you're not happy with its quality, it's just a click away to sort it out. We are here to make it right. 

However, for any items washed, worn, or without tags, we cannot accept them back unless it’s a product defect or quality issue.

How to Do Your Return

To process a return, click on the CONTACT US page at the top right corner of our website. Let us know what the issue is and one of our helpful customer service people will contact you.

For any return due to a product defect or quality issue, we'll waive the shipping charges on your replacement order (this applies to an exact style, color, and size replacement). However, altered items and custom items are not returnable for any reason. Also, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
